I commute to work in Germany where it drizzles a lot and rains sometimes. I have been out several times in moderate rain at temps in the mid 30s/low 40s with these pants and they work really well. Worn them over short bibs +/- long thermal tights depending on the temps outside and they move really well with you in either case. The leg openings fit nicely over my nashbar neoprene overboots, but they'd probably not fit over, or slip off anything larger. All around nice product.
