The 2-Layer is used in the body for freedom of movement, and the 3-Layer in the sleeves for next-to-skin comfort. ELITE Barrier WxB 2-Layer and 3-Layer Titanium thermoregulating. laminate fabric with a stretch knit face and nylon tricot laminated inside for moisture transfer and next-to-skin comfort. Waterproof, fully taped internal seams. Waterproof full-length front zipper with garage and internal draft flap seals in warmth.

I use this jacket for riding in 35+, keeps me warm enough. I like the pocket with the zipper in the back and the hood is nice.

I use this jacket for my outer layer in nearly all cool/cold conditions. I have worn this in 25 deg. F windy conditions with a marino wool base layer and felt very comfortable. Highly reccomended!
